FANTASTIC NEWS:

On March 11, 2021, the Angel Moroni was placed on the Pocatello Temple ”… it was just a few days shy of the two-year anniversary of the temple groundbreaking”. The completion of the Temple is getting closer. What a wonderful blessing for our city and the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

WHAT IS GOING ON IN PRIMARY?

The primary presidency and teachers are so excited to have primary back in session! We have enjoyed seeing many of the children and learning together again.

We will be going back to a full and normal primary schedule on April 18th! We will be learning lots of new songs during singing time, begin meeting in our individual classes, and are hopeful that we will be able to put on our primary program this fall!

Our primary activities have also started back up and are being held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month @ 6 pm at the church.

Please continue taking Covid-19 precautions.

We are all so happy to be serving in-person again. If you have any questions or concerns please contact a member of the primary presidency!

STAKE VOLLEYBALL:

“Hello Sisters! My name is Kate Hicks and I would love to get some volleyball started within our stake.

My initial thought is to hold an open gym type of play and if we can get enough ladies, we can do teams and tournaments.

We have two options for scheduling the stake center:

First option, we can do Tuesday and/or Thursday mornings. (Time TBD)

Our other option, Tuesday and/or Wednesday nights at 9.

If we go with morning play, and you have little ones at home, please feel free bring them with you. The nursery is close to the gym and the stage will be free. We will make it work. I don’t want anyone to feel like they can’t come.

If you are interested, please let me know and tell me which day/time would work best for you. I will do my best to accommodate.

My info is Katelyndmcclary@gmail.com or you can text me at 775-741-7121”
